At our assisted living, senior living, and nursing home facilities, we provide a variety of salon services tailored to meet the needs of elderly residents. Our offerings typically include haircuts, hairstyling, shampoo and conditioning treatments, perms and coloring services, as well as nail care such as manicures and pedicures. We strive to deliver these services with care and attention, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our residents in a familiar environment.
Q: How do you work with assisted living or nursing home facilities?
A: We partner with facilities to provide on-site salon services. Our licensed professionals bring all necessary equipment and follow strict Covid-19 and hygiene protocols. We provide MSDS sheets for our products and supplies.
Q: How do I schedule an appointment for a resident?
A: Appointments can be scheduled directly in the salon, through the facility staff, by front desk appointment book.
Q: How do you work with residents’ families?
A. We maintain close communication with residents’ families. All family requests are documented on the individual resident’s profile.
Q: Do you offer recurring appointments?
A: Yes! We offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly recurring visits to ensure consistent care and grooming.
Q: Are your stylists trained to work with seniors with dementia or mobility issues?
A: Absolutely. Our team is trained in compassionate care, including working with individuals who have Alzheimer’s, dementia, or limited mobility.
Q: Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
A: At this time, salon services are not covered by insurance or Medicaid. However, we strive to keep our pricing affordable and transparent.
Q: What safety measures do you follow?
A: We are Barbicide certified. We adhere to all state and CDC guidelines, including sanitizing tools, wearing masks when necessary, and using hospital-grade disinfectants.
Q: Are your professionals licensed and insured?
A: Yes, all our stylists and technicians are fully licensed, background-checked, and insured.
